- I am arriving at an Airport how do I get to the Shuttle?
Pick up procedure will be contained on your shuttle booking confirmation, if you have any queries whatsoever please contact us on +1 587 227 2200.
- What if I’m going to be late?
If you know you may miss the departure time of the shuttle, please contact the office as soon as possible to let them know. We can only hold the shuttle for you for a limited amount of time, especially during busy periods.
- Do you accept both Credit and Debit Cards?
We accept all major Credit Cards at our Branches. If you have a Debit Card please call Deltabay Customer Services.
- Can I pay for my shuttle booking in cash?
Deltabay Airport Shuttle DO NOT accept cash at any branch. All payments must be made by debit or credit card.
- How do I receive my booking confirmation?
You will be sent an email shortly after making your booking to the email address supplied when your booking was made. If you do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours of making your booking please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What do I do?
Please call Customer Support Services for more information.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Please call Customer Support Services to request for a bigger Vehicle
